KATHMANDU: Film director and artist Sudarshan Thapa has been arrested from Kathmandu on Monday.
Producer Sudarshan Basnet had filed an FIR (first information report) against Thapa for his alleged treachery and betrayal.
Basnet accused Thapa of financial embezzlement worth 15 million rupees by screening ‘Prasad 2’ without consent.
Thapa, who directed “Prasad-2,” was arrested from Kamalpokhari area today.
