KATHMANDU: The Hult Prize at Shanker Dev Campus, in partnership with the Youth Red Cross Circle, SDC, and FSU, SDC, executed a commendable initiative titled “Blood Donation: Gift of Life” under the project named “Project दीगो”.
This impactful campaign not only successfully collected an impressive 120 pints of blood but also aligns seamlessly with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3) – Good Health and Well-Being.
Unfolding in the Pashupati area, the campaign drew active participation from approximately 500 individuals, illustrating the community’s collective commitment to health and well-being.
By addressing the crucial need for blood donation, the project contributes directly to the broader global agenda of promoting good health and ensuring access to quality healthcare services.
This collaborative effort underscores the Hult Prize’s commitment to social responsibility and the improvement of healthcare systems, highlighting the pivotal role youth-led initiatives play in positively impacting society.
