Netherlands sets a modest target of 121 runs for Nepal in Tri-Nations T20 Series

KATHMANDU: Nepal faces a target of 121 runs set by the Netherlands in the ongoing tri-nations T20 International series.

After winning the toss, the Netherlands chose to bat first, but Nepal’s bowling attack proved formidable. Nepal successfully contained the Netherlands to a total of 120 runs, taking all ten wickets in 19.3 overs.

Pratish GC showcased a stellar performance for Nepal, claiming three crucial wickets, with Karan KC and Kushal Malla also making notable contributions with two wickets each.

Despite the efforts of the Dutch batsmen, including Max O’Down and Michael Levitt, who scored 31 and 4 runs respectively, Nepal’s disciplined bowling prevented any substantial partnerships from forming.
