KATHMANDU: The U19 World Cup clash between Nepal and India witnesses a tentative start for Nepal in the Super Six stage.

In the second innings, Nepal has posted a modest score of 39 runs without losing any wickets during the initial 10-over powerplay.

In the powerplay, Deepak Bohara scored 20 runs while Arjun Kumal added 12 runs to Nepal’s scoreboard.

Having won the toss, the Indian team set an imposing target of 298 runs for Nepal, fueled by centuries from skipper Uday Saharan and Sachin Dhas.

The ongoing match is taking place at Mangaung Oval, Bloemfontein.

Nepal faces the challenge of accelerating their run rate as they work towards chasing the formidable target set by India.
