Five-year-old boy dies as landslide sweeps away house

JAJARKOT: In a devastating incident in Bheri Municipality-4 of Jajarkot, a landslide swept away the house of Ramesh Bishwakarma, resulting in the tragic death of his five-year-old son, Prince BK.

The landslide struck last night, trapping both father and son inside their house.

According to Sub-Inspector Dal Bahadur Bista of District Police Office Surkhet, the landslide caused immediate and severe damage, claiming the life of BK.

Ramesh Bishwakarma, while managing to survive, sustained injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at the district hospital.
