HoR meeting: Ministers to respond to lawmakers’ queries



KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) is taking place at 11 am today.

During today’s meeting, the Ministers of Home Affairs; Finance, and Education, Science, and Technology are scheduled to respond to questions posed by MPs.

Additionally, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is scheduled to submit the 64th annual report of the Public Service Commission.

Meanwhile, Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet is scheduled to propose the consideration of the ‘Water Resources Bill, 2081’.

Similarly, Finance Minister Barshaman Pun is slated to present a proposal for sending the Bank and Financial Institutions (First Amendment) Bill, 2080 to the Committee.

Additionally, Industry, Commerce, and Supply Minister, Damodar Bhandari is slated to propose discussing the ‘Bill, 2081 to amend certain Nepal Acts related to investment facilitation’ in today’s meeting.
