Sompal strikes again, claims third wicket for Nepal against Namibia

KATHMANDU: Sompal Kami proved to be instrumental for Nepal, securing the third wicket against Namibia in the ongoing tri-nations T20I series.

As Namibia strives to chase down a target of 181 runs set by Nepal, Kami made a crucial breakthrough by dismissing Jean-Pierre Kotze, who had scored 25 runs.

Earlier, it was Karan KC who took the second wicket for Nepal by bowling out Michael van Lingen for 10 runs.

Notably, Kami had provided the initial breakthrough for Nepal, getting Malan Kruger caught out in the earlier stages of the innings.
