KATHMANDU: In a pivotal encounter marking one of the final matches of the league stage in the Prime Minister Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament 2024, Nepal Police Club has won the toss and opted to bat first.

The decision was made at the Mulpani cricket ground, where Nepal Police Club, the only undefeated team in the ongoing tournament, aims to extend their dominant performance.

The team currently leads the scoreboard with an impressive 16 points from eight matches, having already secured a spot in the finals.

On the other hand, Sudurpaschim Province finds itself in the sixth position with eight points, setting the stage for a crucial clash as both teams seek favorable outcomes to influence their standing in the tournament.
