NOC slashes prices of diesel and kerosene



KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced a reduction in the prices of diesel and kerosene, effective from 12 pm tonight.

In light of this decision, the prices of diesel and kerosene in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal will now stand at Rs 164, representing a decrease of Rs 4.

The NOC stated that the decision was made in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, with a focus on safeguarding consumer interests.

Meanwhile, the Indian Oil Corporation has implemented an increase in the price of petrol by Rs 1.51 per liter, while the price of diesel witnessed a decrease of Rs 3.63 per liter.
