KARNALI: The Karnali Province Assembly endorsed a proposal on the formation of the ‘Karnali Province Assembly Regulations, 2079 BS’ Amendment Committee’.
Speaker Nanda Gurung presented the proposal realizing the need to timely amend the ‘Karnali Province Assembly Regulations, 2079’.
Province Assembly member Hikmat Bahadur Bista presented the proposal in the meeting with a list of members to be included in the committee.
He presented the proposal in the meeting with a mandate to complete the task within three months.
With the province assembly member Tekraj Pachhain seconding the proposal, Speaker Gurung announced the endorsement of the proposal by a majority of province assembly members.
The next meeting of the Province Assembly shall take place at 3.00 pm on August 1.
