Police Headquarters instructs 22 policemen absent since August to contact within 7 days



KATHMANDU: The Police Headquarters has issued a directive for 22 police personnel who have been voluntarily absent, including police assistant inspectors, constables, assistant constables, and jawans.

They have been asked to promptly get in touch within 7 days and provide a satisfactory explanation.

Despite extensive efforts to reach out and multiple notices, the officers have not responded.

Should these officers fail to provide a valid explanation within 7 days of this notice’s publication, the Police Headquarters has warned that they will be subject to immediate dismissal from service.
