KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is holding its 25th Secretariat meeting at Bishnupurkatti in Siraha district today.
This location holds significance for the UML as it was where the party organized its fourth national convention.
UML Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has announced that the party will also use this occasion to lay the foundation stone of a pillar, commemorating 75 years of the communist movement.
The initial plan was to hold the meeting on August 26, but it had to be postponed due to flooding in the Chure area.
