KATHMANDU: Businessman Sanjay Agrawal has been elected as the President of the Nepal Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
The ninth annual general meeting of the Association held in Kathmandu elected a 28-member working committee unopposed under the chairmanship of Agrawal.
Rajesh Kaji Shrestha was elected as patron of the Association and Dhruba Kumar Shrestha as an honorary member.
The newly elected working committee aims to take bilateral economic relations to a new height by promoting trade, investment and tourism between Nepal and Italy, a statement issued by the Association said.
