KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) is holding a meeting of its office bearers today.
The meeting called by NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba will take place at his residence in Dhumbahari this afternoon.
Party insiders said the meeting aims to deliberate on the arrangements for the upcoming Mahasamiti meeting slated for January 2024.
During today’s gathering, NC General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwaprakash Sharma are expected to present a comprehensive report, offering a detailed review of the government’s recent undertakings.
The NC Mahasamiti meeting is scheduled to take place from 1-4 January 2024 in Kathmandu.
The decision made in today’s meeting is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping the agenda for the forthcoming meeting.
