KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML Bagmati Province Committee election, originally slated for Thursday, is now scheduled for today.
The postponement to Friday came after attempts to reach a consensus on the Bagmati Chairman proved unsuccessful.
UML leader Sher Bahadur Tamang has announced that voting will be conducted today from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The contestants for the position include Krishna Dahal, and Kailash Dhungel.
