KATHMANDU: In a recent development, the government has established the minimum support price for wheat for the fiscal year 2080/81 BS.

This decision was reached during a Cabinet meeting held on Thursday, as announced by Rekha Sharma, Minister for Communication and Information Technology.

The minimum support price for wheat has been fixed at Rs 3,650 per quintal, with the decision being based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies.
