KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has embarked on a sacred pilgrimage to Mansarovar in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China.
Leading a delegation, Prime Minister Dahal arrived at Mansarovar on Thursday afternoon, to pay homage to Mount Kailash and experience the spiritual essence of Mansarovar.
The visit to Tibet is a part of Prime Minister Dahal’s week-long sojourn to China, which commenced with his arrival in Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to conclude his journey and return to Kathmandu via Chhendu, China, on Saturday.
