KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has said there will be partial to general changes in mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces today.
There is a probability of rainfall due to the impacts of westerly wind and local wind today, it said.
Senior meteorologist at the Division, Barun Poudel said there was a chance of rainfall due to the influence of westerly wind and pre-monsoon activities.
Rainfall with thunder and lightning are predicted especially in the mountainous belt of the country while strong wind is likely to take place in one-two areas of western Terai.
