Nepal records 69 new coronavirus cases in 24 hours



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded 69 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Monday.

Out of the confirmed cases 25 were tested through RT-PCR method and  44 through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 1266 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

Out of them 488 swabs were tested through RT-PCR method and 778 through Antigen method.

Only one infected patient recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,020 to date.
