Protesters wave black flags at UML Chair Oli in Jhapa
Protesters demanding the removal of the name ‘Koshi’ of Province-1 waved black flags at CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli in Jhapa on Wednesday. They also shouted slogans against UMl Chairman Oli for endorsing “Koshi” as the name of the Province. They shouted slogans like “We don’t accept Koshi Pradesh,” among others.

NEPSE declines by 13.68 points on Wednesday
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index decreased by 13.68 points on Wednesday to reach 1,892 points. According to NEPSE, the sensitive index also decreased by 2.11 points to 361.55 points on Wednesday. Due to the decrease in NEPSE, the transaction amount also decreased to 847 rupees.
