ACC Men’s Premier League: UAE enters Semi-finals



KATHMANDU: UAE has entered the semi-finals of the ACC Men’s Premier Cup Cricket undergoing in Kathmandu.

UAE reached the semi-finals by defeating Bahrain by 8 wickets.

UAE met the target of 117 runs in 27.4 overs and secured vicory in the match played at Mulpani Cricket Ground.

Vrit Aravind scored 62 and Rohan Mustafa played an unbeaten innings of 50 runs for UAE.

Earlier, Bahrain, who won the toss and batted first, were bowled out for 116 runs in 40.5 overs.

Ali Dawad contributed 23 runs, and Captain Haider Butt contributed 23 runs. Most of the Bahrain batsmen could not face UAE bowlers to score double digits.

Aayan Khan of UAE took 4 wickets.
