KATHMANDU: Chairman of CPN-UML KP Oli accused Prime Minister and CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ of deception and said that he (the Maoist Center Chair) showed him a knife in the guise of a flower.

Addressing a program organized to honor the families of martyrs and victims of various protests and Maoist-led people’s war, the UML Chair said on Sunday that it was no surprise that Prime Minister Prachanda, who betrayed the people and fellow soldiers, betrayed the country.

“If you betrayed the people, betrayed your comrades, betrayed those who brought you to that place, then what was the big deal of betraying me?” Oli said.

The UML chair Oli also alleged that Prime Minister Prachanda’s language and way of working are different.

“He speaks a different language, he does different things,” he said, adding, “Looking on the left side, he makes the target on the right side.”

Oli said that the Prime Minister attacked him (Oli) with a knife urging him to take it for a flower.
