NSL Qualifier: Pokhara Thunders set to clash with Dhangadhi FC



KATHMANDU: The high-stakes battle for a coveted spot in the finals of the Nepal Super League (NSL) unfolds today as Pokhara Thunders and Dhangadhi FC face off in a qualifier.

The clash is scheduled to kick off at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar at 5:30 PM.

Pokhara, leading the pack, and Dhangadhi, securing the second spot, are poised for an intense showdown, marking the inaugural qualifier following the conclusion of the league stage.

In the ongoing league, Pokhara has dominated the standings with an impressive 15 points, securing four victories, three draws, and one loss in eight games.

Meanwhile, Dhangadhi holds the second position with 13 points, comprising three wins, four draws, and a solitary loss.

The winner of this crucial first qualifier will earn a direct ticket to the finals, while the defeated side will have another chance in the second qualifier, facing off against the winner of the third and fourth-placed teams.
