Anbukhaireni operating technical institute

DAMAULI: Anbukhareni rural municipality of Tanahun is set to establish a technical institute on its own.

The rural municipality is making preparations to set up a technical institute so as to address aspirations of its students for pursuing technical education.

Rural Municipality’s Chair Shukra Chuman informed that Anbukhaireni is establishing the technical institute to end students’ compulsion to move to other districts for secondary level technical education.

The rural municipality said it will use the building of Nepal Electricity Authority located in ward 2 for the purpose.

He further said the rural municipality is planning to establish technical institute in the building that has been unused for years.

The process of establishing the technical institute will gain momentum once the Ministry of Energy grants approval to the rural municipality for the protection and use of the building.
