KATHMANDU: The Unified Socialist Party has scheduled its Central Committee meeting to take place on August 5 and 6 in Kathmandu.
During the meeting, the party will deliberate on important matters, including finalizing the date and location for the party convention.
Dilu Panta, a member of the party’s politburo, mentioned that extensive efforts are underway to bolster the party’s presence throughout the country.
One of the key objectives of the gathering will be to devise an action plan and strategy to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
Furthermore, a meeting of the party’s politburo is set to be held on August 3 and 4, focusing on evaluating the party’s performance and other pertinent issues.
In light of upcoming elections, the politburo meeting will formulate essential political activities aimed at enhancing the party’s structure and overall influence, eliminating the need for any electoral alliances.
Moreover, the party’s Standing Committee will convene on August 1 and 2, tasked with setting the agenda for the upcoming Central Committee meeting.
