KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 10 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Thursday.
Out of the confirmed cases, three were detected through the RT-PCR method and seven through Antigen method.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 580 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
Out of the samples tested, 59 were tested through RT-PCR method and 521 through Antigen method.
Currently, there are 41 active cases in the country as 15 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.
No coronavirus related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll in the country has been 12,031 to date.
