NC decides to field Ram Chandra Poudel as Presidential candidate

To finalize presidential candidate



KATHMANDU: The meeting of Nepali Congress (NC) central execution committee has decided to nominate party senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel as the presidential candidate.

A meeting of the party’s central execution committee held on Saturday morning made the decision to this effect.

The election of the President has been scheduled on March 9.

Nomination papers of the candidates for the post of President will have to be registered at the Office of the Election Officer at the federal parliament building premises in Naw Baneswor from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday.
