NC leader Koirala visits central jail to meet former Minister Khand



KATHMANDU:  Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala, visited the Central Jail in Kathmandu on Saturday to meet with former Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand.

Dr. Koirala arrived at the Central Jail located in Sundhara earlier this morning and held a meeting with Khand, who is currently imprisoned in connection with the case involving fake Bhutanese refugees.

According to sources within the NC, Dr. Koirala arrived at the jail at 9 am and engaged in a discussion with Khand for approximately thirty minutes.

During their meeting, the two NC leaders reportedly discussed the allegations against Khand as well as other pressing current issues.
