Voting stalled following scuffle between cadres of RSP and other parties in Chitwan’s Naya Kiran School polling center



CHITWAN: Voting at the Naya Kiran School in Chitwan-2 was stalled for the time being following a scuffle between supporters of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) and other political parties.

According to the police, when Rabi Lamichhane, the candidate of the RSP, reached the polling center, his supporters shouted slogans.

Meanwhile, workers of other parties protested saying that slogans were not allowed near the polling center resulting to a scuffle between the two sides.

RSP said that a mobile phone of its central member Deepak Bohora was broken in the scuffle.
