DARCHULA: A police constable has been found dead with bullet wounds in his neck in Surkhet.
Kabindra BK of Darchula was found dead at around 3 am this morning.
According to police inspector Jharna Sunar, the dead body of police constable BK has been kept at Karnali Pradesh Hospital for post-mortem.
It is believed that BK may have shot himself.
