Minister Kirati directs CAAN to manage timing schedule of flight

KATHMANDU: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Sudan Kirati has directed Executive Chairperson of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Yubaraj Adhikari to manage time schedule of a flight.

He made this direction during his inspection of the CIAA Office today.

“A second is most important during a war across the globe. An aircraft should take off on time. Do not let Nepali time become infamous,” he said.

The Civil Aviation Minister also directed him to submit an economic plan regarding reforms in the CIAA soon, and manage online ticketing within one month. “A plane should take off on time. I do not know what happened yesterday. I will stay away from negative work. I am always in favor of positive work.”
