NSL Double Header: Pokhara battles Dhangadi for top spot, Jhapa faces Chitwan for playoff aspirations



KATHMANDU: A thrilling day awaits football fans as Pokhara Thunders gear up to clash with Dhangadhi FC, while Jhapa FC takes on FC Chitwan in the Nepal Super League matches today.

In the first match, scheduled to kick off at 1 PM at Dashrath Stadium, table-toppers Pokhara Thunders, having already secured their place in the playoffs, will face off against second-placed Dhangadhi FC.

A victory for Dhangadhi could propel them to the summit of the points table, guaranteeing them a spot in the upcoming qualifier match.

Meanwhile, the second match of the double header, featuring Jhapa FC and FC Chitwan, will commence at 5 PM in the same stadium. Jhapa FC, currently holding the fourth position in the scoreboard, will be aiming for a crucial victory to solidify their position in the playoffs.

On the other hand, FC Chitwan, currently at the bottom of the table, will be striving for a win to improve their standing.
