The volunteers will take a one-month local adaptation training program in Kathmandu where they will learn about Nepalese society, culture, tradition as well as language, a statement issued by KOICA said.

Such kind of adaptation program will be helpful for them to adjust and work in their concerned community/organization enabling them to be familiar with the Nepalese environment, it said.

The objective of KOV program is to focus more on transferring Korean knowledge and experiences directly in the grass root level.
