PM Dahal announces one-year countdown; pledges govt’s action



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, also the chairman of CPN Maoist Center, disclosed during a Maoist officials’ meeting at Baluwatar that he has just one year left in his term.

During today’s meeting to review the government’s one-year term, PM Dahal expressed his commitment to intensify efforts during the remaining period.

He highlighted the need to operate the government at a higher gear to achieve significant progress.

Emphasizing the limited time frame based on the party agreement, PM Dahal assured the gathered officials that the work accomplished in the past year was commendable.

Having taken office on December last year, the Prime Minister outlined the coalition’s agreement and affirmed his commitment to maximizing efforts in the final year of his tenure.
