KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, has expressed his belief that the promotion of Yoga, meditation and physical exercise would help people live a stress-free life revitalizing our mind and body.

Taking part in a Yoga session organised at Halchowk ground by the Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal, Headquarters, the Minister said the practices of Yoga and meditation seemed significant at present to build a healthy society.

The camp held on the occasion of the 9th International Yoga Day was supported by the Art of Living.

Inspector General of Nepal Police, Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, APF Inspector General Raju Aryal, former APF Inspector General Sanat Kumar Basnet, other retired officials, and incumbent officers and personnel attended the event.
