Govt. to support to control pollution in Sirsiya river



BARA: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Ramesh Rijal has vowed to support pollution control in the Sirsiya river.

Minister Rijal praised the role played by the metropolitan city to control the contamination of Sirsiya river and pledged to provide needed support on behalf of the ministry as well.

He shared that efforts are ongoing for the development of an industry village.

Likewise, Mayor of Birgunj Metropolitan City Rajesh Man Singh stated that he was working with top priority to control pollution, which is caused by the release of garbage from the industries.

Mayor Singh said support from the ministry was much needed to control pollution.

Likewise, Mayor Singh urged Minister Rijal for facilitation to release more budget for the city adding that the city was facing hardships to implement projects for the lack of resources.
