KATHMANDU: Nepal is playing against Oman in the ACC Premier Cup Cricket being held in Kathmandu today (Friday).
The match between the two title contenders Nepal and Oman in Group A will start at 9 am at the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
Both teams won their first match.
Nepal defeated Malaysia by 6 wickets in the opening match while Oman defeated Qatar by 40 runs.
Both teams are playing to win their second game in a row to ease their way to the semi-finals.
Another team in this group is Saudi Arabia. The top two teams in the group will advance to the semi-finals.
So far, Nepal has played 36 matches in the Cricket World Cup League Two and has played 12 matches in the series with the Netherlands, UAE, and Papua New Guinea.
Similarly, Nepal played an ODI against UAE earlier in the Asia Cup Qualifiers.
Meanwhile, there will be a match between UAE and Hong Kong under Group B at Mulpani Cricket Ground in Kathmandu today.
