KATHMANDU: Nepal is currently experiencing a partial effect of westerly winds, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
Presently, the weather remains generally clear in the eastern and central hilly regions, while other parts of the country are experiencing partly cloudy conditions.
The Terai region, meanwhile, is affected by fog and mist.
According to the Division, the afternoon will bring a mix of partly cloudy and generally clear conditions throughout the country.
As night falls, some areas will continue to experience clear weather.
As temperatures decrease nationwide, the Division has urged people to take necessary precautions to mitigate the effects of the cold.
