MP Sobita Gautam wins “Young World Politician of the Year” award



KATHMANDU: Member of Parliament (MP), Sobita Gautam, who is a member of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has won the “Young World Politician of the Year” award.

One Young World, an organization that recognizes young leaders aged 18 to 35, had earlier shortlisted Gautam from around the globe.

According to One Young World, Gautam has been selected for her “popularity, and significant influence in politics besides her anti-corruption campaign.”

The One Young World has shortlisted 15 finalists out of which Nepal’s Gautam has been given the “Young World Politician of the Year Award”.
