Bagmati province affairs aim to serve spirit of Constitution: Minister Shrestha



HETAUDA: Bagmati Province government Spokesperson and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Ganga Narayan Shrestha, has said the province government is operating in accordance with the spirit of the Constitution.

Speaking at a program in Hetauda, the minister said the province government is committed to the institutionalization of federalism.

“The province government has engaged in employee management and their mobilization by endorsing the Province Civil Service Act,” he said.

In course of the implementation of the Act, two employees have been promoted to the 11th level.
