PM Dahal pays tribute to late Yadav



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ paid tribute to martyr Rambriksha Yadav on Saturday.

At a program organized at the party headquarters, in Parisdanda today, Chairperson Dahal paid tribute to the late Yadav by garlanding Yadav’s image. Yadav was an influential leader of the then CPN (Maoist) in Tarai Madhes.

He was killed by security personnel at a local Sabaila in the initial phase of the armed conflict. The CPN (Maoist) had declared Yadav a martyr.

The Maoist Centre extends tribute to the late Yadav by organizing a condolence assembly on Bhadau 2 every year, said party office secretary, Dor Prasad Upadhyay.

Vice-Chairmen of CPN-Maoist Center, Agni Sapkota and Pampha Bhusal, Deputy General-Secretary Barshaman Pun as well as other top leaders and cadres were present in the condolence assembly.
