Microbus mishap injures over 40 in Pokhara



POKHARA: A micro bus carrying more than 40 passengers has met with an accident at Pokhara-27, Lekhnath.

According to District Police Office, Pokhara, the accident occurred near the ward police office.

“The micro bus coming towards Pokhara from Begnas side fell off the road,” Inspector Gyan Khadka of District Police Office, Kaski said.

He informed that there were about 40 passengers in the bus. Most of the passengers are the students studying at Pokhara University.

“The injured are being taken to Western Regional Hospital and Gandaki Medical College for treatment,” Khadka added.
