Indraman Tuladhar assumes CEO role at ANFA



KATHMANDU: In a remarkable move within the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Indraman Tuladhar has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The decision was reached during the ANFA Executive Committee meeting held on Monday, marking Tuladhar’s ascent from his previous role as ANFA’s General Secretary to the position of CEO.

This appointment stirred notable discussions during the meeting, with a majority of central members advocating for an open competitive process for selecting the CEO. One of the attending central members disclosed this stance.

Tuladhar, a seasoned figure within ANFA since 2063 BS (2006 AD), had aligned with Karma Chhiring’s camp during the elections in Ashadh 2079 BS (July 2022). However, following Karma Chhiring’s electoral defeat to Pankaj Vikram Nembang, Tuladhar had withdrawn from his ANFA involvement.

Earlier, during a joint press conference held last Saturday with ANFA’s General Secretary Kiran Rai, Tuladhar had declared his commitment to support ANFA’s current leadership.
