NEPSE declines by 3.07 points on Tuesday



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) fell for the third day in a row this week.

On Tuesday, the stock market declined by 3.07 points to 1904.98 points. The transaction amount also shrunk to less than Rs 1 billion.

On Tuesday, 2, 975,920 shares were bought and sold through 24,429 transactions. The day witnessed transactions worth 870.4 million rupees.

The price of Kalinchok Darshan Pvt Ltd rose the most by 10 percent to Rs 667.70 today. Similarly, the price of Molung Hydropower increased by 9.97 percent. The share price of Molung reached to  Rs 206.30.

The index of hotels and tourism groups increased the most by 1.17 percent whereas the index of production and processing group decreased the most by 1.12 percent today.
