Communications Minister Rekha Sharma appointed government Spokesperson



KATHMANDU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma has been given the responsibility of government Spokesperson.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Wednesday appointed Sharma as the Spokesperson.

However, today’s decision was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel as Minister Sharma was unwell.

There is a practice that the Minister of Communications is given the responsibility of the Spokesperson of the government.

Minister Sharma was appointed as the minister yesterday (Tuesday).
