NC is preparing to form an alliance of parties that have given a vote of confidence to the government but are not participating in the government.

On Wednesday morning, NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba had a discussion with JSP Chairman Upendra Yadav and Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal at his Dhumbarahi based residence.

There was a discussion between them about going together to run for the Speaker and giving a vote of confidence to Saroj Kumar Yadav of JSP, Chief Minister of Madhes Province.
