BARDIYA: Police have arrested eight people on the charge of their involvement in a murder at Suhelawa of Gulariya municipality-5 in Bardiya.
The arrested are Sulabh Thapa, 23 and Dhiraj Thakur, 24, of Gulariya-6, Dipesh Budhamagar, 19 of Gulariya-5, Sandip Saru, 19, Dinanath Chaudhary of Gulariya-8.
Police identify them as major suspects in the killing of Barun Ghimire, 23, on November 12. As police said, Ghimire was murdered over the personal animosity.
Roshan Sah, aka Rakshak, 18 of Gulariya-6, Nishal Thapa Chhetri of Gulariya-4 and Tarka Bhandari, 23, of Thakurbaba municipality-3 have also been apprehended for their alleged role in the crime, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tulsiram Aryal of District Police Office, Bardiya.
