NWPP Chairman Bijukchhe urges to think about nation seriously



KATHMANDU: Chairperson of Nepal Workers’ and Peasants’ Party Narayan Man Bijukchhe has said that the country should be safeguarded from the external maneuvering. Bijukchhe said that time has come for the ruling parties to seriously think about the nation not merely long for the posts.

Bijukchhe was speaking at the program on Thursday organized on 21st establishment day of Khopa: College in Bhaktapur.

On the occasion, Mayor of Bhaktapur Municipality Sunil Prajapati said that the municipality has run eight academic institutions including Khopa: College and Khopa: College of Law where 7,000 plus students from 72 districts across the country are studying.

He said that the municipality has been providing scholarship worth Rs 30 million every year and educational loan up to Rs 500,000 and other scholarships to the students up to PhD on Nepal Bhasa, History, Geography, Culture and Political Science.

Likewise, the two-day educational exhibition event held in Khopa: College has come to an end.
