JANAKPURDHAM: The state assembly meeting of Madhes province called for Monday has been postponed.

Govinda Bahadur Neupane, senior member of the Provincial Assembly, said that the meeting scheduled to be held on Monday has been postponed to mourn the deaths of Sunday’s plane crash in Pokhara.

The time was fixed for the election of the Speaker of the State Assembly on Monday.

The meeting will be held only on Tuesday.
