KATHMANDU: The lifeless body of a 6-year-old girl, identified as Rakhi Yadav, has been discovered in a pond in Dhanusha district.
The child, of Kusmaha Satokhar in Sabaila Municipality-9, who had gone missing since Wednesday, was found deceased, raising concerns of potential rape and murder, as reported by the police.
The body, found naked, has been taken for post-mortem examination, and further details will be made available soon, according to the District Police Administration.
